Shipping & Returns

We want you locked in and training. Here’s how shipping, returns and product safety work.

Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
• Free UK delivery on orders over £40. Standard UK delivery is tracked and typically arrives in 2–3 working days.
• International shipping is available to most countries, tracked, with duties calculated at checkout where applicable.

Returns & refunds

• Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the product price.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened smelling salts cannot be returned unless faulty.
• To start a return, email hello@blackwatchfitness.co.uk with your order number.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return.

Safety & FAQ

• Blackwatch products are ammonia inhalants for adult athletic use only — not medical products.
• Do not inhale directly or for prolonged periods. Hold the product a few centimetres from the nose.
• Keep away from children and anyone with respiratory conditions. Stop use if you feel unwell.
• Store sealed, away from heat and direct sunlight.
